God had a plan for kidzRAP; an amazing woman named Jill Childers.  RAPministries recently announced Jill as their new Executive Director.  She is convinced that God has “called” her to help lead RAPministries in being a catalyst that connects people who want to serve in the community.Jill began serving through kidzRAP with her children five years ago.  She has served on the Little Rock Christian Academy kidzRAP team and as Director of Program Development for the past two years.
